I had a look at the results ... the layering of beach and water is a bit
questionable. Same for all the other layers ... CLC doesn't match too
well with official borders of Maa-amet?!

I just hacked some mixture of scripts ...
See attachment ...
All it needs is the corine.osm in the same directory as the scripts ...
and start ./corine.prepare ... and you'll get corine.osn.done.

Besides this issue, you might want to replace
k='landuse' v='Forest'
by
k='landuse' v='forest'

... same for *R*esidential etc.

and
k='wood' v='Mixe'
by
k='wood' v='mixed'

etc.

At least everything else looks okay in JOSM -- didn't run validator
though.
