A local community guideline should be authored by the local community,
without censorship by outside parties.
DWG members really need to understand that:
- it is in their best interest (and most of all, that of the
Openstreetmap project) to promote the creation of well structured
local communities which are able to resolve disputes locally
- if they are not able to demonstrate a modicum of sensitivity on
issues of governance, interaction with contributors, local cultures
and languages, they should find people better able to do this
important work
OSMF really needs to move from copying the Roman Catholic Church and
try some more modern organizing principles.
