Is there any chance of this (or similar tool) being run over historical database versions, extract an overall percentage for the whole country and then plot it as a function of time to see the rate at which this metric in evolving. The reason I ask is that in Andy's recent blog post [1] he suggests that extrapolating the current rate means the country will be finished in 13 months. Of course it's unlikely that we are progressing linearly but I wonder what shape this evolution does have (maybe this is a physicist thing).
