Unless there is definite evidence that it *has* been taken from an OS map 
though 
(innocent until proven guilty, and all that), I think it shouldn't be removed, 
though I would say that a "source" tag would be helpful. As I said in a 
previous 
email, if you have been walking for almost 30 years you get to know what an 
"ORPA" looks like. This person could have that prior knowledge/experience.
