Mauls might be wrong in this case but the name of a road in the local paper isn't copyrighted. It's a basic fact, the newspaper didn't create it and they certainly don't own it. If I read in the local paper that the Blockbusters down the road has closed down I am perfectly free to use that information to remove it from OSM. It is just ridiculous FUD to say otherwise. Kevin
