A new development near my home is on a newly created, unadopted road [1]. The street signs say "Maryvale Rise / Private road" [2], but there is no suggestion that access is restricted.
Another road nearby is similar [3, 4], and is tagged "access=private", but the wiki says that is for cases where "Public access is not allowed. Access is granted with individual permission only. Examples: A driveway with a no trespassing or keep out sign; A company parking lot for employees only. " How should each be tagged? Do we tag "Unadopted" separately to access?
