Hi. I think I stopped using that RoW before IKEA was built so I wouldn't have been interested in stopping people getting to IKEA. I think I had the whole thing as a track originally as it seemed like more of a farm access. Anyway, I have largely stopped adding to OSM, so feel free to fix it.

Yes, a look at the history shows it was originally added as a service road, and then got changed. But that was before any access restrictions were tagged, so at the time routers would legitimately have used it (service roads aren't treated as restricted access by default). So I suspect that the problem is real, it was just the wrong solution. Re-tagging it as a service road again, but with access restrictions, should work properly for most routers.
