I came across this when riding through Bath yesterday (following a route
generated by Komoot, so I knew it was based on OSM data). Coming along
the bike path at the bottom (S end) of Queen's Parade

you have to turn left. The markings are visible on imagery and the
traffic makes cheating hard.
So I though I'd check for turn restriction relations. I haven't done
many of these before, but they should be easy. If I click on the node
where the bike path meets Queen Square, I get the option to "Click to
select a FROM segment" in the sidebar - but there's no bike path shown,
only the roads.
So how do I create a turn restriction starting on a highway=cyclepath?
