I don't think it's the one way  one way _cycleway_ they ignore. In both cases zooming right in they go the wrong way down the one-way road, and looking at the line segments they draw I'm confident that's not rounding error in the drawing; the segments line up with nodes in the underlying ways including the junction between the bike path and the road.

I've reported it to Komoot already, but I'm not sure of the bet way to file an OSRM bug report.  Playing with the start and finish locations it seems that both are capable of respecting longer one-way sections, but not that one of about 10m.  They behaviour is so similar between the two I wouldn't be surprised if Komoot's engine was based on OSRM
