The postcode centroid overlay
https://www.raggedred.net/tiles/codepoint/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png and the NSUL
postcode overlay https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/robjn/... are two different
things. The beauty of the NSUL postcode overlay is that it contains a postcode
for almost every individual delivery point. So you can see exactly where one
postcode ends and the next postcode begins, you are not left guessing.

That's why we wanted to establish that we can re-use the NSUL/ONS postcode data.

The tricky thing about that layer is that postcodes often change at random
places on a road and it's difficult to work that out with only a postcode
centroid.
