In order to integrate such data I would add that:
1. Each townland has a unique numeric iD (save for small island townlands) this is required for statistical cross referencing. https://www.cso.ie/en/media/csoie/census/census2016/census2016boundaryfiles/ COP2016_Townlands.xlsx 2. Only one set of per townland population data was published, that was in 2015 and refers to 2011 census data. You will find them here grouped by county. https://www.cso.ie/px/pxeirestat/Database/eirestat/Profile%201%20-%20Geograp hy/Profile%201%20-%20Geography_statbank.asp?sp=Profile%201%20-%20Geography <https://www.cso.ie/px/pxeirestat/Database/eirestat/Profile%201%20-%20Geogra phy/Profile%201%20-%20Geography_statbank.asp?sp=Profile%201%20-%20Geography& Planguage=0&ProductID=DB_PR1> &Planguage=0&ProductID=DB_PR1 starting with Carlow CD150 . However the townland iD numbers are not present. 3. In the case of NI you can request the data for 2011. Keep it simple like number of persons, number of households townland and townland id number. Nothing else for privacy reasons. https://www.nisra.gov.uk/sites/nisra.gov.uk/files/publications/census-commis sioned-output-request-form.DOCX HTH _______________________________________________ Talk-ie mailing list [email protected] https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-ie
