Looking at Cill Aithnín/Killannin for 2011 the total population for the ED
was 1000 and for the explicitly stated townlands was 997, so the population
of Both Loiscthe Uachtair/Boliska Oughter was 3.

For 2016, both Both Loiscthe Uachtair/Boliska Oughter and Leitir
Fir/Letterfir are in the same small area 067125001, so it's not possible to
work out exact populations, but we could make a guess given that the 2011
populations were 3 and 5 respectively.
