Looking at Cill Aithnín/Killannin for 2011 the total population for the ED was 1000 and for the explicitly stated townlands was 997, so the population of Both Loiscthe Uachtair/Boliska Oughter was 3.
For 2016, both Both Loiscthe Uachtair/Boliska Oughter and Leitir Fir/Letterfir are in the same small area 067125001, so it's not possible to work out exact populations, but we could make a guess given that the 2011 populations were 3 and 5 respectively.
