OSNI Open Data have a link to current ward boundaries which is *meant* to
be ungeneralized but they have a notice up saying that due to problems with
downloading they only currently have a generalized version available but to
contact them for the ungeneralized version.

I have a copy of the ungeneralized shapefile that I downloaded a couple of
years ago when it *was* downloadable at
