Thank you, but I have already extracted the data I need and imported it to a MySQL database. The result can be seen here: http://www.infolagret.se/openstreetmap/odbl.php Today I have added a page which shows all users for a type (node/war/relation) and interval. Click on "Mer" to get to that page.
