Kan det här vara en hyfsad översättning av fas3-texten? Den är inte
ordagrannt översatt överallt och jag har ändrat ordningen lite (tycker
läsningen flyter bättre så här). Och så är jag tveksam till hur jag ska
översätta "contributor"...

Tredje fasen i OpenStreetMaps licensbyte inleds söndagen den 17 april 2011.
Om du registrerat dig på OpenStreetMap.org innan den 12 maj 2010 och
ännu inte tagit ställning till licensbytet, kommer du att få en fråga om
du vill acceptera eller avböja, nästa gång du loggar in. Använder du en
fristående editor typ JOSM, måste du först gå till
http://www.openstreetmap.org, logga in en gång och svara för att kunna
fortsätta rita kartor. Läs mer om licensbytet på OpenStreetMaps wiki [2].
Har du registrerat dig på OpenStreetMap.org efter den 12 maj 2010 eller
redan tagit ställning till licensbytet, kommer du inte att beröras av
detta. Om bara är användare av data från OpenStreetMap berörs du inte
heller. Data från OpenStreetMap kommer att fortsätta licensieras enbart
under CC-BY-SA och så kommer det att förbli till dess att tillräckligt
många användare har accepterat den nya licensen.
Aktuell status för hur många som accepterat licensbytet i Sverige och
övriga länder, hittar du på http://odbl.de. Välj regionen "world" om du
vill se den totala översikten.
Som en del i processen har licenstexten i Contributor Terms [3]
förbättrats baserat på synpunkter från användarna och för att göra dem
mer anpassade för enskilda användare. Den lättlästa versionen av
Contributor Terms är oförändrad [4].

Phase 3 of the License Change process begins this Sunday, 17th April.
If you were a contributor who registered before 12th May 2010 and have
not accepted yet, you will be asked to accept or decline new
contributor terms. You can find background information about this on

make them more friendly to individual contributors. The human-readable
version of the Contributor Terms is unchanged [4].
