It likes to use sidewalks (footways) to avoid one-way restrictions (and
prefers major streets with bike lanes over minor streets without -
perhaps an option to prefer/avoid bike lanes?). I guess sidewalks should
be tagged bicycle=no in Orlando (since that's the legal status)? (Or is
bicycle=dismount more precise?)
