I just noticed at http://open.mapquest.com/link/10-TSgZnD38 on the Riverbanks East Cycleway that bicycle directions advise you to take the wrong side of the median on a divided cycleway: This is obviously incorrect, oneway=yes tags always apply to bicycles unless oneway:bicycle=no is set.
