Very interesting, it is addicting. I'd like to see more mechanical turk applications to help OSM.
Is there information available on how the data is to get in OSM? Will it be provided as a CSV file for others to import? And after this particular region is finished? Or maybe it will be provided as an OSM.XML file having been conflated with existing address data?
