I couldn't find one shorter than 50m so that may have been the cutoff. In a population area that's pretty dense and the driveways are frequent and well defined, they don't add a lot of value. I agree with other respondents that long country driveways are worth keeping if tagged correctly (highway=service / service=driveway). Especially when the house sits way back from the road and the way to get to the house may not be obvious.
