Well the cost of purchasing one is a bit prohibitive, yes, but tell that to little timmy who lost his most beloved scruffy under the wheels of a speeding motorist, who will be crying his little eyes out for years, that his best friend cant be reborn because the technology has "no redeeming social purpose". Or the poor old lady who dies of deep depression and heartbreak cause her cat that gave her so much love, was ripped apart, guts flying everywhere because it was caught under the brushes of a street cleaner! And this coming from the HUMANE society? Doesnt sound very human-e to me. *grin*

Yeah, we don't want any more Dexters. Having the one around here is bad
enough. I wonder if Mom would let me sell his tissues to ViaGen Inc. but, I guess that would be too much to ask,
since that company probably does something useful, like genetically
engineering livestock to produce more milk, or chew more cud or
something. Dexter would be of no use there, even in molecular form.
