Here is a simplified example:

Dim myArray(4) 'zero based array with 5 elements

myArray(0) = "Array element 0"
myArray(1) = "Array element 1"
myArray(2) = "Array element 2"
myArray(3) = "Array element 3"
myArray(4) = "Array element 4"

For a = 0 to 4
  Debug.Print myArray(a)
Next a

' output should look like this
Array element 0
Array element 1
Array element 2
Array element 3
Array element 4

I don't program in VB for Apps that Boston uses as I use VB.Net but I believe 
the following should also work to load an array.

Dim myArray("element0", "element1",  "element2")
