That depends on your network. We are using Active Directory here and they are
able to Globally set the securities. I've removed the security warning from MS
office, but as soon as I close the program, policies reset them to their
default level. Before using "Click Yes" I removed my script pc from the network
so I could work "around" the AD policies.

Subject: [Possible Spam] [talkbws] RE: Running an Access report

Thom mentioned the Access security yesterday in a thread. He said something
about Office 2007 allowing him to do this, but 2003 didn't.
We have Office 2007 now, but I still have the security warning.
Maybe it has to do with our Exchange Email server settings.

OK, so all you IT guys/gals.
Is there a way to change the email security settings for just one PC (on the PC
or server side), or does the security effect all PC's on that exchange server?

Thanks,

Yep, that is exactly what I need to do... with about 70 different employees.
Work your magic THOM?

Great question.
I would also like to automate sending reports from access via email via Boston
Workstation (without the security warnings).
Some code or hints on how to work around that would be a tremendous help in
streamlining some of our reports.

Is it possible to program BWS to log into access and run certain reports from a
selection menu?
