Yes, we currently use a number of VM server instances to run our scripts. We
have a service account that has the appropriate permissions that stays logged
into the instances. We use the vSphere Client to access the VM servers (rather
than remote desktop), which allow anyone to access them/view the instances.
This setup has worked very well for us.

Subject: [talkbws] using vm servers

Hi,
We are trying to set up a VM server to run our scripts. Has anyone successfully
done this? Do you have to stay logged in to the server? Multiple people share
the duties of babysitting the scripts, so this could be an issue. Any
suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks,
