We already had a VM server set up. We “virtualized” 2 PC’s onto it. We communicate only with the PC’s as though they still existed as free standing boxes.

A service account is setup and left logged in. We use the VMware VSphere client to access. Each of the scripts writes to a remote/centralized log so I don’t have to check the consoles daily, I can view the log to see what is going on.
