If it is not scheduled it is best to stay logged in. Multiple people can have access to the VM but that is to the setup by your network/system admin. I have no part of that for it is beyond me or my job responsibilities. Just make sure you have enough of a CPU for speed. For a light script (say not dealing with more than 2 screens and say 5 to 10 fields and script size say is under 10 to 15 steps) 2.8Mhz and 512MB of memory otherwise is good otherwise use a 3.2Mhz for a larger more involve script and at least twice the amount of memory.
