I run multiple scripts all the time. Things to consider when doing this, is if your target application allows multiple instances of itself, and how to uniquely identify each instance if it does. For instance, I run multiple scripts in Star Navigator, and Star has profiles built in, and that you can build yourself, so each instance needs to be run in a different profile. What program are you wanting to run simultaneously?
