The scripts will be into McKesson STAR. I have one that runs once daily for 1-2 1/2 hours and another that will need to run hourly. If you have been able to get them to run to different profiles, I can set that up.

Things to consider when doing this, is if your target application allows multiple instances of itself, and how to uniquely identify each instance if it does. For instance, I run multiple scripts in Star Navigator, and Star has profiles built in, and that you can build yourself, so each instance needs to be run in a different profile.
