Also, forgot to mention, each instance needs a separate BWS script to run from, to keep from confusing the interpreter as well. When I need to run multiple scripts, I copy one script and rename it, make changes to point to the different Star profiles in the BWS script and then just kick each one off separately.

Things to consider when doing this, is if your target application allows multiple instances of itself, and how to uniquely identify each instance if it does. For instance, I run multiple scripts in Star Navigator, and Star has profiles built in, and that you can build yourself, so each instance needs to be run in a different profile.
