Hi, While I don't have a suggestion to your actual question. It is very important, when running our software on any Windows Server OS, make sure it is set up to favor foreground Programs. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff458358.aspx
Otherwise the performance of "user" applications in general will be sub optimal. Our software is basically a power user so you want to give us the best possible user experience so we can do our job! Hi everyone, I've been using BWS for 6+ years and I have 8 boxes. I recently migrated to Server 2008 (64 bit) machines and have been using Tight VNC to remote into each box. I've noticed the remote connection is now lagging and over the past month some scripts just don't run anymore. Scripts that should take 20 mins to run are now showing as 7 seconds in the log file and they aren't hitting the error routine. Anyone else have any issues on Server 2008 or can suggest another "remote" software to use?
