I totally agree with this one. I think all the major CMS / Frameworks have huge communities with people who are willing to lend advice and assistance though I have noticed that most have no shortage of pedantic core developers who are more than happy to tell you how stupid your ideas are or like you often get from Micro$, technically and perfectly correct and totally useless answers, LOL.
