Hi john, To have the progress bar talks to you, do the following: 1. press ctrl backslash. 2.Press alt a for apps menu. 3.Down arrow to progress indicator and press enter 4.Now press enter on options 5.Now tab key until hear "speak percentage" press spacebar to check it. 6.Then tab key until reach Save and press enter to save your settings.
