Hi List, I have a problem, and I believe that it has everything to do with WE 9.1. I'm also using Win 7, 32 bit.
Earlier today, I rebooted my Dell Laptop, and when I opened Outlook, (V2007), I got an error message whereby I was asked if I wanted to open Outlook in safe mode. I said no and that's about all she wrote! When I now open Outlook, I can see, and arrow through the list of emails, but when I open an email, I cannot get the message field to read. I can tab and back tab through the header info, but not the message. I can hear what I am currently typing, but I can't read or review my message. I thought that the original error message, before asking me about safe mode, had something to do with an app failing. When I try to reinstall the Outlook Enhanced app, I immediately get an error message saying I need a live connection, and I should check my internet connection or my router settings. They are all just fine. Since being blocked from doing anything with WE, I can get to the web, and successfully downloaded a BARD book. This seems to be a problem exclusive to WE and Outlook. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
