Hi If W-E, or perhaps it's the computer, crashes in a way which means I lose everything except the letter keys, three of the numpad keys which just say "beginning of Page, end of page", and "center", my only option is to restart. In that case, is it worth starting diagnostics when Windows comes up again, or is all memory of the problem session lost? This has now happened to me twice.
