i'm getting the same thing with ff30 and win xp. firefox crashes with
shockwave, it has been doing that for a long time.

Did you ever get a response?
I am having the same or similar problem with Windows XP, Window Eyes 8.4
and FireFox 30.
My error seems to be from Shockwave, which I think is related to Adobe
Flash.
I contacted a local tech support guy, and he said that since I was running
an older version of FF, that I probably needed to revert back to an older
version of Shockwav. I haven't done anything about it yet.
