I sometimes have to run cmd and ipconfig commands to get the IP address so that tech support at work can remote in.
The problem is that I cannot seem to get that screen to go away. Escape, alt+F4, and typeing exit does not work. What's the secret??? Using WE 8.4 on work machine.
