Okay; why do you have to arrow up. If you are in the inbox, the heading that is under the cursor should read who it's from and the date and subject, and you enter to open the email if you choose to read it; otherwise, I guess you would hit delete. The message should just open and start to read. When you are done, you hit escape to get out of the message. Pam.

Subject: Windows Live Lail

Hi:

I have two issues regarding Window-eyes and my email client Windows Live Mail. When I receive new emails, I arrow up each message reading the subject, date and sender’s name. If I decide to read the email, I click on the message and it opens in another window. Here’s where the problem occurs. When I have read the email, I press alt-f4. However, sometimes, I am unable to close the window, and instead, I hear the Microsoft warning sound. The other issue I have is sometimes, when composing an email, Window-eyes does not read back to me anything I have written. I would arrow up and down and left and right, and don’t hear anything. If I backspace, I also wouldn’t hear anything. These problems only occur sometimes. I am able to navagate this email with no problems. Thanks for your help.
