Sorry about that it is a window-eyes setting. I will keep on trying to brake my pc for you to see if I can make it do it. I am sorry I have not been of more help to you.

But, since the phantom speech is not where focus is suppose to be and the phantom word is under the mouse it is likely the mouse is not tracking with focus anyway.
