Hi, While it is true, Window-eyes 9.1 will install under XP, Ai Squared has done 0 testing with 9.1 under Windows XP and cannot support it. Having said that. If you have Office 2010 or 2013 installed on your machine, you can take advantage of the Window-eyes offer for users of Microsoft Office from: http://www.windoweyesforoffice.com
As far as the synthesizers available in the demonstration/evaluation version Dectalk, Eloquence and Vocalizer will function. The Window-eyes for users of Microsoft office include Microsoft speech platform, eSpeak and any SAPI voices you have installed on your machine. Giannakopoulos via Talk Sent: Monday, June 1, 2015 3:39 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Window-Eyes demo on Window XP machine I have listened to the audio tutorials on Window-Eyes 9.0 on my NLS player. I have plans to install the demo on my Windows XP machine which no longer connects to the internet but I still use this machine for other purposes. This machine has no prior version of W-Eyes on it. I know to disable the anti-virus program first and then install the demo installer as I assume there is one. I am checking it out right now. I understand it will only run for 30 minutes. Are there any other limitations. I will use the custom install if there is one available. Last question what authorized voices are available in the demo? Is eloquence available for the demo custom install? Or just Dectalk 32 and eSpeak. Thank you. _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
