Hello Olusegun,
I am writing in response to your concern about Ai Squared not responding to
your requests for help with QuickBooks. First, let me assure you that we want
to help and would never intentionally ignore a customer's request for support.
After checking our email records, I discovered that the we first corresponded
regarding this matter on May 6th. Aaron asked you to send us a description of
the error message and to submit a diagnostic report using the Control-Alt-Q hot
key. Aaron never received a response to that email or the requested diagnostic
report. Later that evening, you posted a message on the Talk mailing list with
a description of the error message and asked the list members for help. The
following morning, Aaron responded to the message you posted on the Talk
mailing list with troubleshooting suggestions. To the best of our knowledge, we
have not received any phone calls or emails from you since Aaron posted that
last message to the Talk mailing list. If you are still e
xperiencing issues, please call or email our support team directly and we will
do our best to assist you.
Thanks,
Marc Solomon

Subject: RE: Window-Eyes demo on Window XP machine

I belong in the group of folks who say: "If it is NOT broken, don't fix!"
Petro, I am here to certify that Window-Eyes 9.1 works pretty well under
Windows XP even though GW Micro/AI Squared will neither confirm or deny this.
How do I happen to know this? I use it everyday at work where I still run
Windows XP with whatever the last update from Microsoft was and I've had no
issues! In fact, I HAVE MORE ISSUES using Window-Eyes 9.1 in a
Windows7 Professional 64Bit box.

In the said box, attempts to run Quickbooks Premiere 2015 is virtually
impossible; errors are constantly generated and, even though I sent whatever I
could glimpse through by way of an error report and E-mails to GW Micro/AI
Squared, I've gotten back ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE and it's been longer than a
month if memory serves! If it were possible to run Quickbooks Premiere 2015
under Windows XP, I'd NOT BOTHER installing it in a Windows7 Professional 64Bit
box.

In closing, Petro, I am NOT USING a demo copy of Window-Eyes 9.1! My company
and I have a FULL LICENSED copy, but, that's not a reason NOT TO GIVE it a try!
At worst, it won't install! That's how I found out that Quickbooks Premiere
2015 WILL NOT run under Windows XP Professional. There was a dialogue on the
screen which informed me that it could not be installed in a Windows XP
environment.

Sincerely,
Olusegun
