I discovered a new problem while trying to download a file from the GWmicro
webinar site. My internet explorer 11 (running under windows 7) won't
complete a download. It will go through the motions changing the expected
time to complete download and showing percentage copied as it increases till
it gets to the end. At that point it says "cannot download filename, alt-r
to retry. Retry doesn't work. A visit to the Microsoft site did not help.
I thought there was a way to repair IE. I can't find it now that I need it.
Ideas please. Oh, should point out that I cannot download IE11 so cannot
rej-install the program. Everything else seems to be working fine BTW.
