I don't have any idea, but have had it happen a couple of times - really
weird.

Subject: Now this issue a little different
Listers,
This is a bit of a puzzler. For some reason completely unknown to me,
Narrator has started coming up when I run a particular program where a UAC
dialog box pops up asking my permission to run the program, or is it to
ask for permission to make changes to my computer? Yeah, that's it.
Anyway, this is a recent development, as in this afternoon. Any ideas as
to how this might have happened, or even better, how to stop it?
Your help would really be appreciated.
thanks,
Larry
