Hi Jim, The problem is in the path from the list server AI Squared is using when it sends email to comcast email addresses. You can send a message to the list as you did, but just like you, I am also not receiving any list email on my comcast email addresses.
I have (for now) created a gmail email account and have signed up for all my lists using the gmail address. I then point my Outlook at the gmail account (not easy, as gmail and MS have some disagreement about safe email protocols and you must log on to your gmail account and disable some email safety setting to allow Outlook to access your inbox). I guess I'd recommend some other email host rather than use gmail if you want to use a MS email client. Anyone else here use a third-party email host and have a recommendation for it?
