There will be a time during the install where you'll need to use Narrator.
After the system reboots just wait, say 20 minutes or longer. If you don't get speech, press windows-enter to load narrator. Use narrator to continue the setup process. When you are at the desktop Window-eyes may load or it may not. Yesterday on my tablet it didn't load. I had to load it manually. Fortunately I had narrator still giving me assistance. Once Window-eyes was running, I pressed windows-enter to turn off narrator.
