You can also open the Run dialog with Windows-R, type "Narrator", and
hit enter.

When you are at the desktop Window-eyes may load or it may
not. Yesterday on my tablet it didn't load. I had to load it manually.
Fortunately I had narrator still giving me assistance.
Once Window-eyes was running, I pressed windows-enter to turn off narrator.

Heard windows 10 is a free download for a year, so after the
download do you just run it like anyother download and as long as
