There is absolutely no reason for you to upgrade to W7: in fact, you will
actually lose some accessibility. Users of W8: well, that's a different
story.

Windows 10 works very well, it is more like windows 7 than windows 8.1 You
will need Window Eyes 9.2. You probably won't be able to find a new computer
with Win 7, but you might find a refurbished one with Win 7 if you want to
keep running an OS you are familiar. Win 7 will be supported until 2020.
