i would scan for malware.
do a google search for hot key listener and it seems to be programs running in java.. java is a severe security risk. if you don't have any programs or on line sites you use like a gameing site that use it i would uninstall java. it was being patched 2 to 3 times per week until i got rid of it 2 years ago. i have not had anything so far that needs it.
