The only new program I have installed was classic shell. No mal ware
detected.

software plus ESET Smart Security, and I get this window title also. Can't
remember whether it existed under Windows 7 or not; this PC is now running
Windows 10 and the message still pops up sometimes. It is never announced
automatically; if I haven't opened other programs and check the window
title, I may get this.
