could this be a browser tool bar that was added?
eset does not use java. if it did my copy would not run.

software plus ESET Smart Security, and I get this window title also. Can't
remember whether it existed under Windows 7 or not; this PC is now running
Windows 10 and the message still pops up sometimes. It is never announced
automatically; if I haven't opened other programs and check the window
title, I may get this.
