that is the issue, again and again, when a program has stopped working, Window-eyes also "stops" working when the computer is still working! THAT is the issue, though IE or any other program stops, Window-eyes has to be hearty enough or however or whatever it takes in resources, to make us competitive with other screen observers that say "X, program has stopped working . . ." Then, we can properly interact. Issues with that program stealing focus away have to be dealt with as well since if we are writing a message, or a book, or . . . and X program crashes, the issues where Window-eyes becomes unable to talk are like "we're going blind again" without any access at all. -- Curtis Delzer <[email protected]>
