There was no fix found at the time but as already stated it was actually a Microsoft issue causing the sluggishness. I have since installed the windows insider build 547 and the sluggishness is all gone. Not many companies would have offered sending in your computer and taking so much time trying to resolve it. I thank Doug for his efforts. If anything was proven it was the know issue of installing the first releases of a new operating system. As I have also stated in previous messages I am still having a issue with speech going away while in IE 11 and again this could be a IE issue and not a WE issue but it would be nice if Ai Squared would either state that they could or could not duplicate the issue and that they are working on it.
